Villa Balbiano is located on the spectacular Lake Como with iconic views of the lake and surrounding landscape within the area of Tremezzina. The venue is one of the most elegant on Lake Como which has been authentically renovated to the highest of standards over the years keeping all of the original hand painted frescos on the walls, detailed ceilings, marble flooring, antique furniture, and soft furnishings. Even with the luxurious and regal renovation, the venue holds true to a homely feel providing a beautiful blend that results in one of the most outstanding wedding venue conversions we have seen from a private residence.

The venue is accessible by boat and also by vehicle transfer entering via a grand gate. Once on foot, you encounter immaculate garden grounds. The venue has beautiful, landscaped gardens with impressive statues, fountains, trees, box hedges and pergolas, perfect for cocktail hours and live performers and alternative reception spaces.
The flexibility of the venue allows you to decide how best for the bridal group and guests to make spectacular entrances via air, land, or lake. The private dockyard enables both practical logistics but, more importantly, unbelievable photos and videos, including portraits of the bride and groom, for the album.
Undoubtedly, the lakeside garden is ‘the place’ for your ceremony which has a 180-degree lake view backdrop behind the ceremony. The gardens naturally separate creating the perfect space to make your special vows at the lakeside providing attendance capacity up to 200 guests. The space is so malleable that it can also be used for the reception frivolities.
